“The check in experience was good and prompt. However, we were being allocated a room just besides the lift. The whole night there was engine sound. It was disturbing and since I’d already past 12am we tolerated the night. I did feedbacks the next day. Hopefully some customer experience will be provided in order to have our return stay.”

The bath towel had a smell that comes from poorly washed and dried clothes and stinks of remnants of trapped bacteria. This is not what we expect from Hilton and definitely not what is expected from a room that you pay nearly $1000 ringgit per night.”

House keeping actually thought the towel we bought for her use was the hotels towel and cleared it. we hung it up in the wardrobe to be clear. the towel was white but even has her name embroided on it. the towel was eventually returned but i had no choice but to use the hotel towel on my baby after her shower. all the hotel did was say sorry. i requested for compensation but they have not reached out till today. i stayed in the suite. paid...
