“To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom. As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this.……

After , they finally offered me an other room .The process took about 1h30 min .The other room was by the entrance of the hôtel and I could hear the bisses that didn’t stop their engines for 30 min +, at a time . Moreover everything is less than average and the rating does not reflect the service and the accommodation. The beding is also less than average ”
