Lovely apartment in the city Las Palmas, where you can breathe a commercial and summery atmosphere throughout the year. At 8 minutes drive from the Alcavaneras beach, with a nice decoration, and capacity for 2 people, it is ideal for couples and business trips. With WiFi Fiber Internet, Smart TV 50" and a privileged location, close to restaurants, stores and supermarkets. It has all the necessary ingredients for a unique experience in Gran Canaria.

This beautiful apartment located in one of the main arteries of the city, is ideal for couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 2 people and WiFi Internet Fiber at 300mb. It has a spacious bedroom with TV and King bed, a dressing room, a bathroom equipped with bathtub, and a cozy open space with kitchenette and living area with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV 50". With all the amenities, such as elevator, and all the necessary services around just a few steps from the apartment.It offers an unbeatable location, just 15 minutes drive from the beach of Las Canteras, restaurants and main points of interest of the capital.
