Family-friendly vacation home in North Las Vegas with outdoor pool
Our home is fully equipped with all that you will need and close to shopping, restaurants, golf and much more. If you prefer you can relax by the pool in the sun or under the patio cover in the shade. We have 3 bedrooms - The master with it's own bathroom has a queen size bed and the second room with a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. All three rooms have their own TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you would need for any gathering. FYI - There is a 5% fee for online booking. This fee will be collected in cash at check in. Also, the pool is not heated.
Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer private pools and fireplaces. Rooms open to patios. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations and hair dryers.

Loved our Stay
Really nice clean property. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was great at communicating, etc.. The Check in/out process was easy. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Mama bear
Our experience with this property was wonderful! Check in was easy with Benjamin and the neighborhood is so quiet. Our kids loved the pool and they enjoyed it a lot. Smiths market is 3 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again in the near future. Price is also great for holidays weekend. Thank You Debbie and Benjamin for a great host.

Property description
The inside of the house was nice and clean but, I was very dissatisfied with the swimming pool. It was dirty. I was told the maintenance person will show up the next day, and during my 4 days stayed no one showed up. I had to clean the pool surface but I could not clean the bottom.

Comfortable
This house was a comfortable place to stay. Low frills and could use a little updating, but a decent value for the price. Both the host and property manager were great to work with and made the process very easy! We would stay there again.
