CIR-19082044C224697 Welcome to my ad! I INVITE YOU TO READ THE WHOLE DESCRIPTION SO YOU CAN BE WELL INFORMED ABOUT EVERYTHING. Casa Sasà is a rustic-style house, recently renovated, in the Piane Vecchie district, a quiet area 9 km from Cefalù, ideal for those looking for relaxation and want to stay away from the city. The swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests is 3 x 10 meters wide and 1.20 meters high and is surrounded by a soft lawn. There is a BBQ, table and lounge outside. Young and old can entertain themselves in the outdoor space where there is a ping pong table, a large area with a soccer goal to play football and even bowls. Casa Sasà is on two floors: on the ground floor there is the large kitchen with table and sofa, then the living room and the bathroom with shower; on the second floor there is the sleeping area with 3 double bedrooms, a single bedroom and 2 bathrooms; the bedrooms in rustic style but also with some modern elements, all have different colors and two share the large terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool; the other two bedrooms have a view of the entire countryside and the sea. Just 2 minutes by car you can reach the large and long Salinelle beach where in addition to sunbathing and swimming, you can take endless walks and long runs. We are always 9 km from Cefalù, so when you want to take a tour of the splendid tourist city, visit the Cathedral, walk through the streets of the historic center enjoying a good ice cream, eat in one of the various restaurants overlooking the sea, in an instant you are there. We have a supermarket, a market, a bar, 2 restaurants-pizzerias, a wellness center and a water park for the entertainment of the little ones. The house is easily accessible from the motorway which is just 3 km away.
POOL - The pool is regularly open from May to October, on request it also opens in April. During your stay I will come to check and clean the pool two or three times a week, early in the morning so as not to disturb, but we will agree on the days and times together at check-in.
AIR CONDITIONING - You are my guest and therefore I do not want you to feel hot, but... it is forbidden to set a temperature lower than 24°, and to leave the air conditioner on when you are not at home. At 24° the rooms cool down and you no longer feel hot. When it is so hot outside like in summer, if you set a temperature lower than 24° the air conditioner cannot reach it because the difference is too big, instead what happens is that the air conditioner works under stress and produces a lot of water that is not drained well and that instead comes down from the split causing damage to the furniture (or doors) it encounters.
AIR CONDITIONING IN THE LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN: There is no air conditioning in the living room and kitchen, but there is a ceiling fan in the living room (it isn't visible in the ad's pictures because it was installed later) and a floor fan in the kitchen. The thick walls of the house (a characteristic of old houses) are good thermal insulation. In the bedrooms, however, since you will spend the whole night there, it was preferred to equip them with air conditioners.
WASTE - At check-out you will have to throw the waste in the appropriate area that I will communicate to you at check-in. You can also throw away your waste during your stay and I will always explain to you at check-in how to do it.
CRIB AND TABLE SEAT - A cot and table seat can be provided on request.
PHOTOS OF DOCUMENTS AND CONTRACT - According to the law of art. 12 of the Tourism Code (Legislative Decree 23 May 2011 n. 79), art. 12 of the Tourism Code (Legislative Decree 23 May 2011 n. 79) and art. 19 bis of Legislative Decree n. 113/2018, at check-in I am required to take a photograph of the document (identity card or passport) of all guests, and to have the contract filled out, i.e. a sheet with the summary of the booking data and signed.
FIRE EXTINGUISHER, GAS, SMOKE, CO2 DETECTORS - At the moment, photos in the ad don't show the fire extinguisher, gas and smoke detector, and CO2 detector, as these were recently installed, at the end of the season.
