"What a beautiful place! Million dollar views, an unbelievably friendly staff and consistently excellent food at the restaurant made our holiday perfect. We loved the infinity pool overlooking the ocean as well. The staff are so friendly and helpful, consistently going out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. Until you are able to interact with Fijians, you truly don’t know how friendly people can be. Special thanks to Pini, Storm, Millie, Raymond and the whole crew at TIR. Thanks to living legend Ric (the owner) as well who we spent every breakfast with hearing stories about Taveuni and his efforts to promote diving and conservation in Fiji. "

Very easy access to the beach where you can snorkel, grab a coffee or some more food. Recommend using their local knowledge to book excursions such as scuba diving or trips around the island. "Loved this place! Tranquil and affordable. One thing is Wi-Fi is too slow to really do anything but starlink could fix that easily! I would get ~1mbps. Maybe we shouldn’t even need wifi but for practical reasons having a reliable source is nice."

Amazing opportunities to snorkel very close by. Not on the best beach for a swim but can have a private experience on a private beautiful beach to yourselves 5 min boat ride away. Pool area well maintained. Tables at mealtime well spaced so can have own conversations. Opportunities to do some fun excursions. "

Jason and Ajay can organise whatever else you need. The location and vista from the large front covered verandah is an excellent place to soak in the Taveuni tropical vibe. "

"What a sparkling gem to find Helen and Peter’s place to end our stay in Fiji. Just perfect for the 2 of us. Its quiet, amazing 180 degree views of the ocean and the islands,beautiful garden with the old gracious mango tree and comfortable bed, and value for money compared to our stays in resorts. Helen arranged for delicious home cooked Fijian meals to be delivered to our door at half of the price of elsewhere You can walk to other cafes and supermarket. Peter bought us home baked bread, coconuts , eggs and milk. Highly recommended would come in a heartbeat. Thankyou so much. "
