"This hotel was fine for a budget night. I stayed in Campo Grande for one night before going to Pantanal. The room was clean enough. The bed was pretty comfortable. The air conditioner worker. Breakfast was good. Would probably stay somewhere else next time though. "

"Ótimo lugar, conforto 100%, entretanto o estabelecimento precisa tomar medidas quanto a atenção de seus funcionários, fui alocado em um quarto de outra pessoa, devido a falhas de comunicação e atenção acabei entrando em um quarto de um estranho com os respectivos materiais pessoais ainda no cômodo, isso pode se tornar perigoso a depender da situação. "The room given was different from the one we booked (larger, but with 4 single beds instead of 1 double bed). The staff at reception were dull and seemed bored and uninterested. Breakfast was more than good. The surroundings are full of beggars and homeless drug users (can't say it's necessarily unsafe though). Main point is it's OK but way overpriced for what it is."
