Relax in the inviting living spaces or enjoy a quiet night in with plenty of room for everyone. Providing secure, gated parking for up to 3 vehicles, offering peace of mind in a central location. Step outside and you’re within walking distance of Launceston’s top attractions, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Whether you’re visiting for a short stay or a longer retreat, these homes offer the ultimate Launceston accommodation experience. Book now and enjoy a luxurious, comfortable, and conveniently located home-away-from-home. Highlights: \-Sleeps up to 10 guests across 2 homes \-Luxurious beds and stylish interiors \-Secure gated parking for 3 vehicles \-Walking distance to Launceston CBD attractions \-Perfect for families or groups Guests have access to the 2 separate houses that share the same block. There is secure parking onsite We are available at any time throughout your stay Strictly no parties, no smoking and no shoes inside please. Broken house rules incur additional charges. Whilst we want you to have a good time, there are no parties allowed at this property. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this. A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition. Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50. If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.
