Property was in a perfect location. Overall we had a very comfortable stay with good food served for breakfast and dinner. It was a very small room but very adorable and quaint. Bed was hard but somehow we slept well. We had an issue with water leaking in the washroom floor from shower and toilet. The pool needs some maintenance but it was a godsend to have available to us. We would definitely stay there again. Overall it was a clean and beautiful hotel.

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

The location of the hotel was perfect and the staff were amazing. Highly recommend

We stayed at several hotels throughout Italy. All offered free water, except for this one. No internet and the fruit at breakfast was inedible due to the swarming fruit flies. Disappointed considering the cost.
