### Triplex - RDC les Ecrins

Beautiful ground floor apartment in the Les Ecrins residence in the Masseboeuf sector with a superb view of the Lioran ski resort.   
  
This spacious accommodation offers 4 bedrooms with a capacity of 12 people. You will find a first bedroom on the ground floor with a 160x200 bed, then 2 bedrooms upstairs with 1 double bed in 140x190 where each of them provides a sofa bed in 140x190\.   
  
Finally, a dormitory room with 4 small single beds in 85x190\.   
  
Located in a quiet area of the Masseboeuf domain, at the foot of the slopes and near hiking trails. This chalet is located 2 minutes walk from the heart of the resort.   
  
This exceptional property consists of a large 12 m2 terrace, a very bright living room with fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, toaster, traditional filter coffee maker, kettle, oven, dishwasher) open to living and dining area, 2 shower rooms with shower, 2 separate toilets, 1 parking space right in front of this accommodation. This accommodation does not have a microwave oven.   
  
A washing machine is available in this property.   
  
Towels and bed linen are not provided, we can rent them upon request via our agency.

#### Séjour au Lioran en famille

Spacieux et bien situé, nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Mauvaise isolation phonique, la chambre du deuxième étage est ouverte, on entend les bruits de l'appartement. Les deux canapé lit du premier étage ne sont pas confortables. Il faudrait les changer ou bien rajouter pour chacun d'eux un surmatelas pour en améliorer le confort.
