It’s dated and needs some tlc - sadly things like layout don’t help, but things like light sensors only lighting after you reach different bits of the corridor just felt cheap and a poor experience. On arrival there were bugs on the window, had clearly not been used/cleaned for a while

Staff were very helpful at all times. Incredible facilities available for guests (I personally took advantage of the pool for a bit of exercise).
There's lots of space available for parking, and it's in a nice quiet area, with great access for Stratford.

This hotel is a hidden gem!
The host, Maria, is truly wonderful. Her attention to detail is fab, and she couldn't be anymore helpful and welcoming. Maria stayed late for my colleagues check in and then came in early to accommodate us for an early breakfast.
The dinner was divine - strongly recommend the tikka curry. Home cooked, beautiful meal.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and I will ensure I book here when I visit Birmingham again!!!

"It was blistering hot during our stay so we were glad we booked a hotel with air-con, yet even set on the lowest setting it didn't appear to be functioning correctly. We are in the restaurant our second night, but most of the menu was unavailable, which you wouldn't expect."
