We booked this hotel for an overnight stay and quick visit to the Lake. Overall the hotel was okay but our first impression was a little discouraging, as it was located a little farther away than anticipated, perhaps that's our mistake. Don't be fooled by the local area and initial look of the hotel.
The spa facilities were closed during our stay and the outdoor pool was perfectly fine.
The rooms were clean and tidy, but the decoration was a little odd in places, though nothing to be concerned about.
When we arrived a nice lady checked us in but was on her own, so we had to wait for a while whilst she single-handedly managed the property.
Perfect for a overnight stay but perhaps not for a long stay.

Great hotel with lovely friendly staff. Very nice location just by the canal. Our room had a terrace which looked right onto it. Very close to old town and not far from the train station. Would definitely stay here again!
