“Such lovely people run this b&b! Very authentic, lovely breakfast on a charming terrace, very comfortable bed. Air conditioning was welcome as it was very hot when we were there. Downhill walk into Cannes about 10 mins. Uphill back a little more punishing to walk in the heat, but I did notice a bus stop nearby. Casual, welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely return. ”

“Le Mas du Rouquan est dans un cadre magnifique. Possibilité de faire des balades dans la plaine des Maures en traversant simplement la route. “Villa Colina is beautifully located in the hills close to Mandelieu. The view is amazing and the pool and deck are spectacular. The rooms are comfortable. Jean-Philippe is excellent host and does everything possible to make you feel at home. He provides breakfast every morning and is always available for questions. Highly recommended if you want to visit the area close to Cannes and Nice. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Colina. ”

“We just returned from a week stay. The B&B was perfect for our needs. Clean, very comfortable, beautiful setting, nice pool, and Gerte & Phillipe (sp?) were very welcoming and helpful. The bed in room had to be the most comfortable bed I ever slept on. Overall this is a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!”

Extremely noisy

"I stayed on the 2nd floor for four nights in a room with partial sea views. **Pros:** - Friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staffs. - Clean, well-equipped room. **Cons:** - Significant noise issues from the street made it hard to relax, with traffic and construction sounds permeating the room. - Loud banging noises from the room above or nearby, likely from furniture movement, were particularly disruptive at night. - While the hotel staff kindly provided me with earplugs to help mitigate the noise, wearing them all night was uncomfortable. Removing them meant enduring constant disturbances, which severely impacted my ability to rest. I understand the hotel can't control street noise, but they could improve soundproofing, especially the windows. "
