Great location and beautiful property. They seemed understaffed and the staff was stressed and out of breath and dismissive. I had two children in strollers and requested a bottom floor, they asked if there was another accommodation I would like even though they were fully booked. There was children’s bikes advertised as an amenity which they did not have available and the man seemed very confused when asked about it. I would stay here again for the convenience and size of the rooms, but without the expectation that I could rely on high quality service or children’s amenities.

This is a beautiful property located close to Normandy. It was a perfect place for us as a base from which to visit Omaha, Utah and Juno beaches, as well as the American and German cemeteries. The Hotel is in an elegant chateaux that has been converted into lovely rooms. We had a suite that was roomy and comfortable, with a great bathroom. Stunning grounds and gardens. A great pool. And the restaurant was over the top. Oliver and John are warm and friendly hosts. Elegant setting, amazing food and wines.

The view is fabulous, we come here during Feb, when the weather can be worst, but that is the beauty of the room. Seating in the cozy room and seeing the weather change around the Mont Saint Michel.

There was no working light outside the hotel main door, dark at nite going up the stairs. Room smelled probably from bathroom. Great location on Le Mont-Saint-Michel! We loved staying on the island - it was very quiet and peaceful overnight. Aside from the front door, there's actually a direct access door to the ramparts from the 1st floor. Comfortable bed and clean, comfortable room. Would stay here again!
