The charming Charentaise house "LES TREMIERES" is a semi-detached holiday home located in Le Thou. The house "Les Trémières" has a sun terrace, equipped with barbecue facilities and offers views of the garden and the countryside. Free private parking is available on site.
The house has an equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, toaster kettle and all kitchen equipment. The house also has a flat-screen TV.
On the ground floor, a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, upstairs the spacious bedrooms have parquet floors, a wardrobe, a large closet. You can use a large private bathroom with a bathtub, WC and sink with a hairdryer.

Pas d'état des lieux à l'arrivée: le ménage n'était pas récent (poussière et poubelles non vidées).
L'exposition plein sud n'a pas permis de profiter de l'extérieur par manque total d'ombre même le matin, malgré le parasol (trop lourd à déplacer).

Bien au calme, à la campagne, la maison est propre et bien équipée. Elle est lumineuse et fonctionnelle. Les commerces sont accessibles rapidement en voiture. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et répondent rapidement aux demandes des locataires.
