We received the code to enter our room but no instructions that you put it into the doorknob. It was dark when we arrived but luckily our next door neighbor helped us. The pillows were really big and hard. I have to admit that having the bathroom 30 ft away in another building is not my preference in 20 degree weather. If you're ok with that this is an affordable night's stay.

All of the above was 5 stars with the exception of really bad breakfast food. The syrup for my husbands waffle tasted like sugar water. The yogartwas the bitter Greek jogger and was uneatable. The second day we ordered the full breakfast. The eggs were overcooked to the point of crisp. The potatoes were burned to a crisp also. The toast was dry too. The bacon was the only thing that was worth eating. And we overpaid for the food we could not eat!

Great location, beautiful setting, property and our room was very clean.
The room was large, bed was comfortable. Cool vibe.
With all that said, it just was not comfortable. One small chair yet there was plenty of room for sofa. No where to relax other than to lay on the bed. The shower was large but not enclosed so the floor was wet. Overall, a nice place but i would prefer something more comfortable.

We always stay here when visiting our son and his family in Siloam Springs. Property and rooms are always clean, they provide a good breakfast in the morning and facility is set back from highway so that traffic noise is not an issue!
