Great stay

Wonderful 1 night stay as we were passing through the area. The staff was excellent. Sandy in the breakfast area is most pleasant and such a hard worker!! We ate at Pat’s Country Diner and it was great.

Our trip was relatively short and we didn't spend much time at the hotel that didn't include sleeping, but the room was clean, the staff was incredibly courteous, and our kids loved the breakfast options, including the increased hot chocolate accoutrements for the colder months. Definitely will consider staying again when we return to the area.

Location!

Our room was very clean and spacious. Conveniently located, near the highway but no noise! Many fast food and local restaurants near by. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Only positive was the Front desk Staff was friendly. Room was very Dirty, cockroach casing behind tv, cockroach poop in bed, there was spilled dog food on floor, fake fingernail on floor, diry napkins on floor. Just felt grimy. We checked in, left within 5 minutes of entering room. We left and was told they would give us a full refund for all 5 nights we booked. Noticed they charged us for 2 nights and only refunded 3. After being on the phone with the hotel and hotel.com literally all day, they refunded one of those nights but still charged us for one of the nights. Was not given a refund for the first night even though we did not stay. Will not use hotel.com ever again. And will never stay here again.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Easy access to shopping and dining. Only issue was housekeeping banging on the door the day after i checked in at 9am even though the do not disturb sign was up. I opened the door and the girl asked for the dirty towels. I said don't you see the sign? She said yes but i need your dirty towels. I said we checked in late last night we don't have any dirty towels yet and the sign is there for a reason. We are on vacation and want to sleep late not get woken up at 9am. She didn't care at all. I did go to the front desk and told them to make sure it doesn't happen again and it didn't. Otherwise great stay for 6 days. Pool was clean, room was comfortable. Would stay again

Our stay at this Holiday Inn. (1) WE came to Lebanon Va to Visit my sister. It was our first time staying at this Holiday Inn. I would like to make the following comments and observations: (a) The staff at checking in were very professional and courteous. The check in was very smooth and no problems. (b) The living area was very comfortable, very clean, no issues. The only thing I would recommend is to, replace the small chair and table with a love seat, and move the coffee station to the table. (c) The beds were very comfortable, very clean, no stains on the bedding nor the carpet. (d) The A/C was in great working order, and easy to operate. No foul odors coming from the unit. No leaks. (e)Bathroom. My wife and I are both handicapped, and this bathroom, was so spacious, with a walk-in shower, all were very clean. Towels and wash cloths were nice and white to dinge colors. (f) YV, was super great and had a channel guide, and remote was easy to operate. (g) This is the first hotel that we experienced all the quietness. (h) The morning breakfast was great. The mini omelets were really good, and the layout was great, no one falling over top of each other. i) The Staff was very profession and courteous, including the Deck Staff, Housekeeping and Breakfast attendant. This Holiday in is tied with the Holiday Inn in Kodak Tn. But will give this a nudge better. Would strongly recommend this holiday Inn. Wayne

The service from the staff was amazing! Kind considerate. Pleasant. The breakfast was also a knotch above the normal Hotels like Comfort Inn or Days Inn. The pillows were fantastic, please always keep plenty of good pillows on the beds.!!
