Villa Goccia is a fabulous newly built villa, positioned entirely on one floor, a unique refuge for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in the symbolic city of Salento Baroque, Lecce. At the entrance the villa has a modern and large living room with sofa, TV, desk and fireplace, next to it we find the modern and bright kitchen with table, chairs and large windows overlooking the swimming pool and the equipped garden. 3 modern bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) equipped with every comfort, 1 bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in every room, mosquito nets in the sleeping area. Sleeps 6\. No pets allowed. Outside, a well-kept garden, with a magnificent 40 m2 swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. By the pool there is a large area equipped with comfortable sun loungers and umbrella, table, chairs and barbecue, vegetable garden, shaded fitness area, external shower. Totally under video surveillance. Reserved outdoor parking space. It is less than 3 km from the historic center of Lecce, where all the main services are located. Villa Goccia | RivedelSalento is a villa with swimming pool for exclusive use a few steps from the center of Lecce. Consisting of a large room with lounge, sofa and fireplace; equipped kitchen, table and chairs, large windows overlooking the swimming pool and garden; 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one single, and a bathroom. The large garden has a swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, outdoor shower, barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining, vegetable garden, and fitness area.
