"We had been traveling for several days and needed to wash clothes. Asked front desk for a laundramat and they gave us the key to their private laundry, soap included. As 80+ year olds we appreciated not having to take a taxi in the wind and rain. Tom and Alex went out of their way to help in many ways. "

It feels like a Grad Hotel and the service from all the staff is exactly what you'd hope for in a Grand Hotel. The room had everything we needed and was very clean, tidy and quiet. The staff were all smiles and happy to help us with anything and everything that we needed. The location is ideal - right by the market square, with old and new buildings, shops, restaurants and cafes. This couldn't have been a better trip or a nicer place to stay."
