The owners always leave treats for our enjoyment which is appreciated. The owners communicate promptly and are easy to work with. We are hoping to return again this summer. “The highlight of our stay was the pool. Two families stayed here for our spring break with 5 kids (ages 16, 14, 14, 11 and 11). Everyday the kids were enjoying the pool. We did have a snowstorm while we were there that caused the power to flicker and internet to be spotty. We had to shovel the drive/front steps ourselves. Good stay overall and we would recommend to others.”

“We had a wonderful time at Mary's home in Door County. The home is very cozy. It was perfect for three of us. The living room section has windows facing the bay. We sat there for hours looking at the bay. The kitchen was perfect with all kinds of utensils that we needed for the three nights of stay. We cooked a few small meals and it was easy. The beds were comfy. The road in front of the house is quiet and good for walking. Our stay was very peaceful. We spent more time at home than exploring……

“It was a quiet and relaxing place. Birds were migrating, the first weekend in April. It was a little muddy, so bring your mud boots, binoculars and field book is required.”

“Secluded location on the lake. We loved the location and the serenity of the house. Enough space for all three adults. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. There was a musty odor upon entering the bedrooms. Looks like some airing out is needed. My guess is that the cleaning service is not doing their job. The floor looked clean but feels sticky if you are walking bare feet. I felt the refrigerator was not clean enough and the microwave glass had serious liquid streak. Kitchen was stocked but this……

“Nice and clean place. Only downside the spring lake fly hatch making the outside space unbearable to use and a ton of flies coming into the house as soon as you open any outside door. A screened in patio would help tremendously with enjoying the nice deck and beautiful lake view during the spring.”

“We were looking for a place right on the water and found it here. You have your own beach area with a dock as well. The property was pet friendly. There was a feeling of seclusion as the property border was lined with trees on both sides. The house was comfortable with plenty of options for relaxing. Door County is very close by for those who want to do some exploring.”

“Amenities were as promised and plenty of room to park a large boat and truck. I would come back and for the non water sports people has great views”

“Enjoyed a very pleasant stay here with my wife and dog. The property was well-appointed and comfortable. The bay views were stunning, and the fenced in portion of the yard provided a great space for our pooch to enjoy himself. This was a great place for a nice peaceful getaway. We will definitely consider booking here again in the future.”

“owner was good to work with direct. wasn't a fan of having "evolve" as a contact to start. liked that we had access to garage to park boat 619 was tight but doable . we had temps in mid teens. turning around with boat was a little tight but very doable. cabin was clean well stocked. ”

“You are about 20 mins from Sturgeon’s Bay, but you honestly don’t need to go anywhere! Sitting on the Bay is enough to solve any problems you have. The house has enough space for a large group and it is fairly stocked with anything you need (outside of food).”
