"Overall the rental was very good; hosts were gracious. Listing stated rental had AC and it did not. In the photos, what appears to be a general living area is in fact the 2nd sleeping area. Listing also did not mention large church across street that has loud bells that chime every 1/4 hour starting at 5 am. Host lives on property. there was lots of traffic in and out of property. "Es ist eine helle, geräumige, modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet Wohnung im 1. Stock. Die Küche wies alles auf, was man benötigt und dies auch in sehr guter Qualität . Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Der Gast war gern gesehen."

"We enjoyed our stay at Ferienwohnung Arlet very much. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, bright, clean and quiet. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. The bathroom had a large shower and a separate bathtub. We especially enjoyed the shower with it's great flow of hot water. We chose this apartment due to its proximity to the Gaissach train stop. This stop was only a two minute walk from the apartment. We took the train into Munchen on two different days to attend Oktoberfest. A...
