“Very clean, close to many food options, very helpful staff, quiet area”

“We stayed three nights in a king room on the third floor near the elevators. Overall, our stay was pleasant, with several highlights as well as a few areas needing improvement. The king room itself was somewhat small and lacked a refrigerator, with only one chair available for seating. However, the bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were excellent. The room was generally clean, although the shower floor could benefit from a deep cleaning, as it appeared stained and dirty. The bath……

“The rooms are old and outdated. The rate was higher than a normal Holiday Inn Express. So was not happy”

“We had a great stay at this property! We were in the area for the Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield. Having stayed at a different property of Nyccole's last year, we knew we would be happy with it. Comfortable beds, great linens, well equipped for our needs. Highly recommend this host!”

“Ended up I did not stay after walking in to my 2nd floor room and seeing a cockroach on the floor along with dirt. I asked for my money back and they gave it to me without hesitation (a positive). Sidewalks and stairways were dirty; definitely a property that is not kept after.”
