A clean place to stay for FSU family weekend at reasonable rate. 20 mins from FSU and easy to travel back and forth. If you need two beds get a suite with 2 beds. The sofa couch is rather small. The place is basic but comfortable.if you are on a budget its a good choice.

The very nice villa was roomy and clean. Golf was great and the place is very quite.

Got z two night stay arrived about 9pm as soon as entering room there was a funny smell wife went straight to the bathroom there it went south I'm not taking a shower in that tub etc etc. Then she pulled back the sheets will you believe it she starts saying bug bug so she shows me and no not a bug but a black thing of some type we pull sheets more and found 3 more black things so sheets weren't changed out they were just pulled up and straighten up we sweep sheets off she slept with he clothes on and I'm not spending another night also tub had some type of jets three sticking out from the inside that probably shoot water out into tub and all three were covered with what looked like mold next morning we left about 6am talk to mar at desk very very nice he understood us leaving he recommend a different hotel still waiting on refund for one day got a email today stating would take 7 to 10 days for refund

Very friendly and professional staff. The room and property were very clean. I thought it was an amazing room and layout. I will definitely stay there again in my next trip to Tallahassee.
