Great stay

Hotel staff were amazing? My luggage arrived earlier that day ahead of myself. They had already put it in my room and alllwed me to check in 2 hours early which was incredible Bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable - really enjoyed my stay

La habitación estaba muy limpia, el hotel es muy nuevo, y el personal es muy amable, tiene una ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la Catedral y de la plaza Mayor, mi habitación estaba en la planta tercera y tenía vistas a los pináculos de la Catedral. Me ha gustado mucho la estancia en este pequeño hotel, que además tiene dos estrellas pero que es para tener cuatro.

Mala insonorización planta baja

Habitación muy ruidosa al ser un bajo, mala insonorización, el baño a 50cm de la cama, se escuchaba todo. No había un espejo en la habitación salvo el del baño. Por lo demás, ubicación, limpieza...todo bien.

El personal y el hotel un 11🙌

El hotel espectacular todo súper nuevo muy bien situado con todas las comodidades buen desayuno. Creo que es la primera vez que he ido a 2 estrellas lo cogí porque tenía un 9,8 de puntuación y los de 4 estrellas entre 7 y 8. Ahora entiendo porque tiene esa puntuación. A destacar el personal el chico de recepción y las dos chicas son de 10

Hola! Después de alojarnos en este hotel repetiríamos sin ninguna duda. En primer lugar por la buena localización, al lado de la Catedral y en pleno casco histórico. Un hotel nuevo, con habitaciones y aseo nuevo, limpio impoluto y habitación bastante grandecita. El personal muy amable en todo momento. El colchón y almohada muy cómodos, esto es destacable. El único pero que le pongo (aunque no por ello le quito estrellas, a la valoración), es el desayuno. Es muy escueto y muy poquita variedad. Además, cuando bajamos no había nadie. Mejoraría este detalle, el del desayuno con algo más. El aparcamiento está muy complicado, pero si tienes suerte puedes aparcar en el parking San Pedro, que es zona naranja y queda cerca del hotel. Gracias
