“The staff was friendly. The lobby bartenders were great. The rooms were spacious and clean. The gym was decent size, and appropriate for the number of rooms. The hotel was in a great location! You could walk to the beach or to 5th avenue where many of the restaurants are. You could also walk to the ferry terminal to go to Cozumel. For the price paid, the property had great value and we would definitely visit again. The property isn't all inclusive for everyone and you have to opt in to a certain……

“Located closely enough to the airport. My room was nice, I only travelled down for a doctors appointment so I didn’t really tour the property or the facilities to comment on those. I go down a few times a year and this is the only hotel I’m willing to rebook ”
