    A bright 125 m² apartment with views of the beach, located 1 kilometer from the city center beach and a 10-minute walk from the protected natural dune area. The entrance to a 9-hole golf course is a 5-minute walk away.
    -The apartment has 2 bedrooms: both with double beds (sleeps 4), 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped large kitchen: 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster, etc., as well as a spacious dining and living room and a south-facing terrace furnished with a large table and chairs. The building features private gardens, a garage, and a swimming pool (community pool open from June to September).
    The building has underground parking.
    Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Air conditioning is available (additional fee).
