"Good location, very nice pool, and host, who lives on site, has very good English and is more than happy to assist. Property itself suffered a number of faults whilst we were there however. Village has bar, restaurant and shop and more facilities are in next village 4 km away. Good base to explore the Var region and less than 1.5 hours from Nice."

Annie en Jean Yves zijn zeer vriendelijke mensen die je gedurende je verblijf alleen ziet 's morgens vroeg als het zwembad wordt schoongemaakt. Neem wel beddengoed en handdoeken zelf mee of haal even bij LeClerc 10 minuten verderop. "

"We had a lovely time at this villa the views are spectacular and only a short minute drive down to the sea. The only thing was the villa needs a bit of maintenance downstairs in the bathrooms which leak, and they also left us one toilet roll between 8 people. It would be nice to have at least a few things like hand soap in the bathrooms not a small bar between three bathrooms. No tin foil no washing up liquid. "The house is even better than the pictures! The location is great, the house is very modern and well decorated. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The main part of the house has 3 bedrooms and there is also a 4th, separate, private bedroom with an ensuite. There was plenty of seating for our family of 5 for eating inside or out and relaxing by the pool. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this house. "

"We have just spent 6 nights at this lovely family run hotel. The hosts are unbelievably helpful to ensure your stay is perfect. They assisted us with tickets for the ferry to Ste Tropez and made a reservation there for a fabulous restaurant. They provided secure enclosed parking for €25 per day and even escorted me to the local optician for advice on an eye issue which was so helpful. The room had a kettle and fridge which were useful. The host even lent us a plug adapter and a clothes steamer was available if required too! We have stayed in Ste Maxime a dozen times before and stayed at almost every hotel in the area and I can honestly say that this one is one of the best. It has the kindest hosts and it also has a fab location which is a couple of minutes from the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. So do not hesitate to book this one if you are looking for a central location and value for money. "
