"We were welcomed friendly at the house, made a early check in possible. This was a great help.The house is outdated hasn't had proper maintance, beds are terrible. 2 rooms out of 4 have a airco.The living room was oke, couch has holes.Kitchen has everything you need, had a problem with the boiler,but this was very vast fixed. I felt the price of the accommodation was very expensive especially as it was out of season, indeed the same villa is now 500 euros less than we paid. We were disappointed with the size of the kitchen for the amount of guests and the lack of glasses e.g. wine glasses. Additionally the pool was not cleaned when we arrived - even though we would not be able to use it we were still disappointed that it was so dirty. Further...

"La Villa est parfaitement située peut être pas à 30m mais 20m de la plage ! A mesurer :) La plage en face est propre, bien fréquentée (familles) et pas surchargée. La terrasse de la Villa est très agréable, et vu qu'elle est à 1min de marche de la plage, on peut faire des allées retours pour boire un verre plusieurs fois par jours. C'est vrai qu'une petite rénovation s'impose, ampoules, lampes à remplacer, moustiquaires à réparer ou remplacer, rajouter de la vaisselle etc...ca reste de petites...

"Wir waren 11 Personen, Familie mit Erwachsenen. Zum Check In muss man mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten in einen anderen Ort fahren. Wenn man dort nicht rechtzeitig zur Öffnung kommt, kann es Wartezeit geben, da nur ein Mitarbeiter. Von allen Schäden gibt es Fotos. Im oberen Stockwerk hatten wir in jedem Badezimmer Probleme mit Toilette, Toilettenspülung und Duschen. 3 Tage hatten wir mit Handwerkern zu tun, was unsere Urlaubszeit gekostet hat. In der Whirlpool Badewanne und in anderen Badewannen...

"The hotel is amazing. It is a perfect walking location to beach, shopping in the Rambla Nova, the pier, and historic district. Full disclosure, we live in the mountains so anything under a 1.5 mile is easy. The hotel accommodated our dates to stay after travel delays with no penalty, and they communicated thoroughly through email. Their parking garage is tight, but they have an agreed to lower price then advertised with parking garage right outside on Main Street which had ample parking spaces. It is a little more costly, but worth the easier parking. I would 100% stay here again and recommend everyone else does too. "
