"I stayed in a superior room on the ground floor, the room was very clean and comfortable and looked to have been refubished not too long ago with modern furniture and bathroom which had a good shower with hot water every time i required it, the mini fridge came in very handy to keep the drinks cool. The only downside to the room for me was no airconditioning but there was two large standalone fans which did give some relief when it was hot. Another couple of things that didn,t bother me but might other people there was no safe or i didn,t find it and there was no english channels on the tv. I can not comment on the food as i never ate there but i did have a drink in the bar and found the prices to be very reasonable for the south of france. I suppose if you are not very good on your legs this place could be a bit too far away from everything but i enjoy a walk so it did not bother me it was good exercise, all in all i enjoyed my stay very much and for what i paid would rate it excellent value for money."

"Excellent: - Location - perfect for everything, quiet and secure - aircon - comfortable bed - shower - lots of mirrors - communication relating to booking Could be better: - virtually no lighting in bedroom (except tiny sidelights) and also poor lighting in bathroom ( so difficult for make-up and hair) - Needed more electric sockets in bedroom and kitchen area (only one socket for kettle, coffee maker and toaster) - oven not working - very large fridge but no freezer section - Main door was difficult to lock Overall we would stay here again as the pros outweighed the cons"

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle Villa proche de la mer, et du petit village de Marseillan, avec une vue magnifique sur l'étang de Thau . Les propriétaires furent très chaleureux et très réactifs aussi bien à notre arrivée qu'au cours de notre séjour. Nous avions un chien avec nous et celui-ci bénéficiait d'une belle parcelle de terrain fermée. La piscine et la climatisation dans la Villa furent très agréable avec les grosses chaleurs. Aussi bien à vélo qu'à pieds, les offres de balades au départ de la Villa sont possibles. L'ensemble des prestations sont au rendez-vous, je vous recommande vivement cette location en famille ou entre amis."
