Very unique historical-vibe property. Very clean and great upkeep. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and relaxing. Would definitely recommend to a couple.

9/10 Wonderful! (816 reviews)
We very much enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location and we loved the four windows that look out over the Saone river. The room was lovely. A little hickup with a sink but they fixed it quickly. Funny they did not have washcloths but a minor inconvenience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back!

I didn't like the protests that damaged the hotel and forced us to evacuate. I did like the refund that I received.

Poor room cleaning. No shampoo in the shower. We had to ask for shampoo, slippers, robes. No replacement or cleaning of the coffee cups.
Very poor breakfast and the stuff was very short and uninterested to help.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,002 reviews)
"They had a little pantry area on the ground floor where you could get coffee and in my opinion the best hot chocolate! One day they even served crepes in the lobby! Spa was good but can get crowded in the evenings.. super convenient and walkable to the main town area.."
