“Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. ”

“Excellent hotel the staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, breakfast was really enjoyable with plenty of selection, location is a 10min walk to the center, plus side is the bus stop is right outside of the hotel that takes you straight to the telecabine”

“Hotel was great, the staff very friendly and helpful. Great continental breakfast each morning, could not felt the food. Easy check in and check out process. Your luggage needs to be down the mountain before 8.30, as we had a later pick up they took it to pro ski to be stored until we were ready to go and collect it, this aloud us to have a relaxing breakfast with no need to rush. The hotel is the perfect location for ski in ski out straight onto the slops. To get to the center it is a bit of a……

“We had a wonderful stay here, right at the foot of the slopes. Our room was amazing as we were on the corner and had a wrap around balcony. It was clean on arrival and serviced daily. Breakfast was nice although there could have been more warm vegetarian options for my friend. The spa facilities were nice after a day on the slopes although the jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer. The staff were warm and friendly and helpful. Ski lockers were a bit small but there is a ski hire shop next……
