Discover this peaceful vacation rental nestled on a charming little street in the heart of the picturesque La Chaume district. Soak up the authentic atmosphere as you wander through the typical alleyways to reach the quay and channel, just a 200-meter walk away. All other shops and the ferry leading to the main beach are also within the same distance.
In this charming fisherman's house with a mezzanine, you'll enjoy a welcoming living room equipped with a sofa bed (140x190), a comfortable bedroom with a closet and a double bed (140x190), and a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen. The mezzanine, which overlooks the entire room, offers a pleasant view of the living room. (NOTICE: DO NOT USE THE BEDDING SPACE.) You'll also find a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Access to the exterior is directly from the living room, opening onto a well-appointed terrace with an awning, barbecue, garden furniture, and deckchairs. This terrace also features an outdoor shower and a separate toilet for added convenience.
An outbuilding is also located on the property, with a bedroom upstairs featuring a double bed (140x190). A garage, used for storage, is also available, perfect for storing bicycles or surfboards.
The amenities included in the rental will allow you to fully enjoy your stay: refrigerator-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, free Wi-Fi, patio furniture, barbecue, and plancha grill.
