“I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it.
The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time.
The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working at all. When I reported it to reception,……

“This was a nice, quiet place to stay, located at the bottom of a very large hill. The location was peaceful, but the hill does make it less convenient if you are planning to walk to nearby shops or a grocery store.
The road at the bottom of the hill that runs in front of the hotel is easy to walk along and has very little traffic, which was nice. However, getting anywhere beyond that can be a bit challenging without transportation. The bus stop is about 1 km away at the very top of the hill,……
