The reception staff told us everything there is to know about the skiing. They sell the ski lift passes at the reception. Ski equipment rental is next door, access to the slopes is across the street from the hotel. Very convenient, zero wait times everywhere, from rental to lifts/gondolas/restaurants on the slopes.
The 5 course meal at the hotel was fantastic.

Very nice location. Rooms are wonderful with lot of space and Elizabeth attention makes you stay like at home. I will go back to this hotel again when I come back to this region.

Clemens was so helpful. We were lucky enough to be there for the harvest festival in town. What a great stay. The amenities, the spa and the breakfast. GET THE BREAKFAST! So good!

Great for solo travelers. They have several rooms at reasonable rates for folks like me who travel alone. Plus, they held my bags while I went overnight hiking in the Alps, which was super wonderful!

Beautiful hotel, very welcoming and professional, smiling staff. The room was huge and beautiful, with a sauna on the HUGE balcony! Wow… the only thing I would change is the mattress, it could have been so much sweeter with a memory foam mattress… but no necessarily uncomfortable… Also, pay attention to the office hours of the front desk, after a certain time of day, you cannot reach anyone at the front desk. Just be aware. Otherwise, I highly recommend this lovely place!
