“We couldn't get the coffee machine to work in our room and a member of staff came within a couple of minutes and sorted it for us. The room was spotless and lovely and warm. We were able to adjust the temperature easily. Both the room and bathroom were very roomy. Plenty of tea and coffee available and the bed was really comfortable with fantastic pillows ”

“We love the station hotel its are go to in december the staff are amazing the hotel is clean but the actual room we were in the shower water did not empty this needs sorted asap and the lighting was not great couldnt see to put makeup on perhaps better mirrors
