“It was an unusually hot week and the hotel lacked aircon but apart from that excellent”

“Good stay at this hotel. Room was lovely, clean and well maintained. Used the pool which was great. Had a nice meal at dinner time too. Only complaint was the breakfast. It was very poor for the standard of the hotel. We have been in lots of Premier Inns and their breakfast was way better. The bacon was hard as nails, so was the hash browns both of which were basically ineffable. Eggs were like rubber and not runny. Overall breakfast very poor. Stay in general good.”

“We had a large, clean room with a very comfortable bed. It was good to have enough space around the basin in the bathroom to set things and we also had plenty of hot water for baths. For the standard of hotel, we would, as a minimum, have expected to have complimentary water in the room, or somewhere to fill a water bottle. We couldn’t access the QR code to get room information which was a little annoying, especially as we were clearly not the first to report the issue. We used the leisure……
