“This was an interesting place to stay. Some great things, and some not as great. On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable. There is beautiful nature nearby. It's a 5 minute walk to a grocery store. The host was responsive. The heated bathroom floor and strong shower were fantastic. There were good blackout shades in the bedrooms. On the less positive side, it's a bit far from Trondheim Sentrum. The place has a weird layout, with the livingroom and dining room up a very steep……

“They do not have body lotion in the room.
I was standing in front of the reception staff waiting to be served for checking in. He was'nt busy. He just looked at me without saying a word. I approached him first instead of him approaching me as a guest. Being a guest relations job must be courteous to anyone.
It is just my experience at that moment. I presumed he's not like that all the time.”
