"No one at the reception. Ring the bell. Waited 15 minutes. Elevator was out of order. No assistance for luggage to 2nd floor. The room is so heavy with carpet fresheners very smelly. Not sure how this was rated 4 stars. Very disappointed."

"Vom ersten Blick an, war es eine Enttäuschung. Spärlich eingerichtet, ohne viel Stil, usw. Möglicherweise haben wir zu viel erwartet. Selbst die Außenanlage war renovierungsbedürftig, bzw. auch relativ altes Holz, das fast morsch aussah. Die Aussicht war zwar sehr schön aber das macht den Rest auch ..."
