Spa facilities were clean and quite empty so often had it to yourself. Staff were not the most pleasant. Only nice thing was the lady let me check in quite a few hours early which I was massively grateful for. Staff were quite blunt in their replies, not reciprocating my good mornings or hello, just answer my question so felt like they wanted me gone quite quickly. Room was clean and changed daily.
