Overall, disappointed with our stay. Definitely not worth what we paid for. There is not a front desk person so its hard to ask any questions or get any issues resolved unless the restaurant is open (we called the manager phone number that we found in the community room and they didn't answer). Also, the email listed on their website does not work. We were not provided any information about Wi Fi access or check out times when we checked in and that information was no where in our room. We had conflicting check out times on our reservation confirmation email and with no one to ask, we decided to wake up early to make sure we didn't incur a late check out fee. We didn't have the chance to dine at Ophelias but there are a few cafes and restaurants withing walking distance. Depending on the purpose of your trip, this may or may not be the right place for you. There's potential with this place but I would not recommend at this time especially for the price (must mention we visited during the World Cup).

The hotel was not very clean. There was mold in our ceiling, the shades were broken and the parking lot light shown in our room, the weight room equipment was very poor and broken, the floors in the elevator, hallways and weight room were very dirty. The hallway had a couple broken spots in the floor when walking on them you felt yourself dip. Breakfast was fine. Lights in room didn't have switches and the headboard light had no apparent way of turning off had to inplug it the light next to the bed when turned on was like a strob light. There was an old dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain. Needs a lot of work. Not worth the cost we paid.
