Bray was amazing to begin the stay! If customer service needed a face, it would be Bray! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was very busy but still upkept. Breakfast was excellent with tons of options!

Hotel needs attention! The carpet inside the room and hallway is full of dirty spots, and looks old and with repaired patches. The room and bathroom were clean in general, but the frame and the glass of the artwork as well of the shower door and mirrors have not been clean for a while. Same with the elevators. I know the hotel have that old look, but there is old charm and there is neglected all charm! The bar/restaurant was great, nice people around most of the time. Although, the person working on Thu April 2nd, not at all great, not interested, completely oblivious, unpleasant really

Very clean rooms. The staff was amazing. Roof top bar view is looking over the city is breath taking. Its a little pricy but worth every cent. 10-10.

Parking was easy. And walkable to dinner each night. Great coffee. I'll definitely stay on the next trip. The plants and location created an environment that allowed me to accomplish everything I needed to do, versus a hotel.

Place was great and exactly what I was looking for ! Only thing I’d note is that the walls are extremely thin and you can hear the other unit on the other side of the wall clear as day.
