“The hotel room was clean and spacious for our group of 3. The room was clean and also the bathroom. It would have been better if they have a small fridge inside the room- not just for convenience in storing food but for meds like insulin.

“The first 3 days when Iryna worked it was WONDERFUL as she went over and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. On the morning of check out, the front desk clerk was no way to be found - we had to call the hotel phone several times and then she would come from downstairs. “Ich möchte auf jeden Fall zwei Aspekte ansprechen, die verbessert werden sollten. Erstens wäre es sinnvoll, die Matratzen zu erneuern, um den Gästen einen besseren Schlafkomfort zu bieten.
