She just handed us a phone to speak to someone else (the owner?) who said that the room was booked for one person and we would be charged extra money for 2 people. We have a confirmation email stating that the booking is for 2. We have written to the hotel, his reply says we could have cancelled or relocated - a ridiculous thing to say when we are standing there at 17.00 with our bags after a long journey. What……
