"I think parking and towels should be included in the price. Parking on the street was crazy and not necessary. We should not have to think about towels on vacation. Julia, Maria and Pietro at the front desk were welcoming and so helpful with suggestions. They all went above and beyond with detailed directions parking, costs for parking, timing for crowds and great dinner options. I would gladly return and recommend it to family and friends. "Such a great hotel! Breakfast is amazing! Room great, beds really comfortable. Staff so helpful and kind. Pool is not huge, but being on the roof there is really no shade and limited sun loungers. We only used the pool once, but the beach is a 2 min walk & so nice! Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!!"

"This hotel does not offer many of the services stated in the description. There is no pool side bar, no restaurant or bar in the hotel aside from breakfast buffet which costs 15euros each. Not all the rooms have a balcony, it appears the “poolside views” do not have balconies which was disappointing to learn when we arrived. They do not offer parking, but they tell you if you find a spot on the street you can park for free, but good luck finding anything inside a ten minute walk to the hotel....
