The staff at check-in were very kind and helpful. Did a great job explaining the policy at the hotel and what time breakfast is available. The breakfast was great! I am a American traveling in Germany and it had great food choices and drinks. Much better than similar hotel would have in USA. Thank you for the great hospitality.

The reception staff were able to offer up some rooms early, which was a nice surprise. The room were spotless and large. The breakfast was exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return some time in the New Year.
