Quiet setting, off street parking at rear (near room). Tastefully decorated and set out. Kitchen well stocked. Good communication with Shaun earlier in the day. Ceiling fan was on when we arrived. Hot water plentiful. Comfortable bed. Lounge a little low. Not a large complex, only a few rooms with spacious, private, covered BBQ area at rear with colourful lighting. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, (considering the 40 degree celcius day we had in Lightning Ridge)!

Comfortable, quiet location.

Good checkin communication prior to our arrival. Very comfortable 3 rooms included bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette/dining. Off road parking on the property was good although a little cramped for our large landcruiser. Would stay again.

We stayed for two days on our Lightning Ridge visit. We chose the b and b as we figured it would be a quieter option and it was. It’s not the most modern, but it’s comfortable, clean and has everything we needed. The bathroom is small but fine for a couple of nights. The kitchen had everything you could need, we didn’t cook but could have used the outdoor kitchen/bbq if we had wanted. Breakfast at the property was great. Recommend staying here if you want a small, quiet stay after days of exploring.
