“This is a perfect property! It's centrally located between all of the activities you'd want to do on Kauai. It's freshly renovated and super clean. The hosts had snorkel equipment, chairs, a beach umbrella and towels....which made a beach vacation super easy! 10 out of 10.”

“Our condo at Banyam Resort was great. Allan, the host, was very available for a glitch we had. He went out of his way to accommodate us. The condo was completely bare of kitchen spice essentials, which meant we had to buy salt and pepper etc. An easy fix I'm sure once he is aware.”

The condo association were making some changes during our stay and to no fault of the host, the check in process was changed upon arrival. The host was responsive immediately and accommodating. She checked in prior to our arrival and was helpful throughout the stay. The Condo had everything we needed to enjoy a carefree week on the island. The location was excellent. “This property is as advertised.My wife mentioned she thought it had the best ocean view of any of the condos & I agree.Ac in bedroom was really helpful.Several fans in Living room help also.It was also really nice when you went up stairs, condo was straight ahead, didn't have to go left or right.Plus being on 2nd floor you get above hedges on 1st floor for a great view.There's a superb bakery 1/2 block away called Passion bakery Cafe.Also coconut market place for shopping is only less than 1/2……

“Great property located close to Coconut market place. The listing does say it has a Gym but it does not have one on property or near by. Not a big deal but it should be corrected. We did not realize that it didn’t have air conditioning and that is normally a must have when we go to the islands. However there is good cross ventilation from the windows front to back and it turned out to be sufficient. Overall we were very pleased with our choice and highly recommended this unit. 4/23/26 to 5/3/26”

“The place is beautiful designed inside, so well thought out. The galley kitchen had everything needed. The view of the pool and ocean are also excellent. I only gave 4 stars due to a noisy AC unit which couldn't be fixed during our stay, but our host was very attentive to try and get people out to fix it ASAP. The shades are also not great if you like to sleep in as they let a lot of light in. And the last suggestion I have is to add a deadbolt or chain so we know a previous renter and code……
