“Heather and Khaled's place is amazing. Everything about it was perfect. And the box of chocolates was a very special treat! The condo was spotless, the amenities were great, the view from the lanai was wonderful. It was a very comfortable place to stay for our first trip to Kauai. We had so much fun exploring the island, and walking on the beach and the walking path. The market across the street and other shops and restaurants were so close, it was great to be able to walk a couple minutes……

“We had an excellent stay at this VRBO! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it so convenient to go back and forth throughout the day. It was also easy drive to Princeville, Lihue, and Poipu. We especially appreciated having beach chairs, umbrella, cooler provided. “We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again. Our trip started on a rough note when we arrived late in the evening to find the unit had not been cleaned—dirty beds, no clean towels, leftover food, dirty dishes, etc. Fortunately, our host was extremely responsive and had a cleaning crew on-site quickly. “Great property located close to Coconut market place. The listing does say it has a Gym but it does not have one on property or near by. Not a big deal but it should be corrected. We did not realize that it didn’t have air conditioning and that is normally a must have when we go to the islands. However there is good cross ventilation from the windows front to back and it turned out to be sufficient. Overall we were very pleased with our choice and highly recommended this unit. 4/23/26 to 5/3/26”

The location in Kapa’a was so convenient to groceries, and stores and some really excellent restaurants. The condo association were making some changes during our stay and to no fault of the host, the check in process was changed upon arrival. The host was responsive immediately and accommodating.
