"Our stay was memorable for the parents, kids and grandma. The kids loved gecko hunting and the pool. Grandma enjoyed watching the waves on the lanai and seeing the weather come through while enjoying the constant breeze. And there is nothing better than grilling with the sound of waves while being able to watch the kids swim. The condo is centrally located and made it easy to explore the island and chase the sun on beach days. Great condo, good times."

"Beautiful view. Cozy, well stocked, nicely decorated, clean condo. Great location in the middle of the island so not to far to visit the North or South island. Very comfortable bed. Laundry room (coin operated) a short walk from condo. Beautiful grounds and really nice and private beach. Would recommend and plan to stay again in future visit. Great communication with owners."

Two bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, one and a half baths including a full size washer and dryer; and great living room area with two couches and 4 barstools - plenty of room to spread out. The hosts have thought of everything -- sand toys for kids, boogie boards, pool floaties, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler -- the works! We had family at a neighboring resort and it was great when other cousins wandered over to hang out and they could chat and they...

"This beautiful property exceeded all expectations. The condo was clean and comfortable, and included snorkeling equipment and beach gear. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was super helpful. The pool was the highlight for my kids- they haven’t stopped talking about it. Location is great- we spent time in Kapa’a where there are many food options and also drove to the North shore and Waimea as well- easy trips in both directions. I highly recommend this place!"

"The location of this unit is centralized to everything that you could possibly need and was extremely convenient. It was nice to be able to take a stroll along the coast in the evening. The unit also provided many essentials. The beds were extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby. Donna responded to all of our questions quickly."

"We enjoyed our week long stay at Kapaa Shores. The location is great, very walkable. We saw gorgeous sunrises from the oceanfront balcony. It was nice that there were beach towels, beach chairs and a small cooler for taking down to the beach. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed."

"It was good for our one night stop over. Steep on price for an old hotel… but the people working here are nice, rooms, rooms were clean and the pools were nice. Hate carpet in old hotels and the pull out was beyond uncomfortable. "

"This is our third time staying at Kappa Sands with our small family. We absolutely love it. The beach is perfect for young kids, walk down the beach and the surf is perfect for riding waves. The pool is as always an attraction. We have family meals with all the kitchen appliances you need and a big refrigerator. The life is so sweet at at our little piece of aloha."
