“This property was perfect for our first time to Kaua’i. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. They thought of everything we could need from beach towels, beach chairs, and games to keep us entertained. “Unit was good , slightly dated but functional. Ac in master made a gurgling noise. Unit is on third floor which is not advertised. Unit has closet with beach stuff which was handy. Locating the unit in the dark upon our arrival was difficult as property is dimly lit. Overall was decent place to stay . ”

My kids said this was the best pull out couch they have ever slept on.
