“This property was perfect for our first time to Kaua’i. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. They thought of everything we could need from beach towels, beach chairs, and games to keep us entertained. Every morning we would sit on the back lanai with our coffee and talk to the roosters and chickens that came to visit. It was hard to not feed them! The owners daughters own a small bakery called Outer Bakes. We ordered some absolutely delicious treats...

“Great ground floor benefits; wonderful AC unit and new fans. Few maintenance problems were fixed by maintenance person. Very clean. housekeeping made many interesting figurines with towels and wash clothes. Plenty of towels. Nice arrival kitchen items. Broken tiles on the lanai to be repaired by owner. Great variety of beach and travel toys to other beaches - snorkles, chairs, umbrella, etc. Shutters can be opened for non-AC day or night. We will be back.”

“Unit was good , slightly dated but functional. Ac in master made a gurgling noise. Unit is on third floor which is not advertised. Unit has closet with beach stuff which was handy. Locating the unit in the dark upon our arrival was difficult as property is dimly lit. Overall was decent place to stay . ”
