“The Pili Mai development is quite the hidden gem in Poipu. It’s a modern complex of condos that’s tastefully designed and well landscaped. Our family enjoyed the amenities including the pool and lounge areas. It’s also centrally located with a quick drive to Poipu Beach, which we loved.Unit 1C was a fantastic choice for our family of four. “The living room and the outside dining area has great ocean view. The property is right next to the pool(10 meters away). Clean place. The location is great and it close to everything. This is the ground floor unit and there are stairs you need to walk down to. The second bedroom’s window is lower than the garage level so it has a subtle feeling of basement. That’s probably why it is priced lower than other second floor building. We are fine with that and we leave the window open to ventilate.……
